There are so many places to go and wonderful attractions to see in this great country of ours. Everyone should take a road trip across the country at least once in his or her lifetime. However, it can sometimes be a tiring and costly endeavor. Traveling around the country can be quite grueling and some of us aren't fortunate enough to own a car, let alone drive. But taking charter buses is a great way to visit all the best stops.

A charter bus will pretty much take you anywhere you want to go, or at least to all the main cities and attractions. Let's start the trip on the East coast. There is a lot to see and do. Maine seems like a great place to start and with beautiful landscape and delicious seafood, this is one place you won't want the charter bus to skip. As you move south, Vermont and New Hampshire will add more gorgeous scenery along the way. In Massachusetts you can detour to the Cape or Martha's Vineyard as you enjoy sandy beaches and a sunny coastline. If you're not the nature type, take that charter bus to the wonderful city of Boston and enjoy historical landmarks or perhaps a baseball game with the Red Sox.

If it's gambling you seek, Atlantic City, New Jersey might be your next destination but we all know it's impossible to skip New York. It's one of the most visited cities in the country. Take in a Broadway show, get amazing cuisine in Chinatown or head to the other island, Long Island that is, for great beaches and the Hamptons. Your trip can either continue further south as you head towards Washington D.C., the Carolinas, and Florida or you can venture west and stop at the Great Lakes -which span across Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, New York and Pennsylvania. Those are certainly enough states to keep you busy for a few days!

For those taking the charter bus south of the Mason Dixon line, enjoy comforting southern cooking and stop off in New Orleans, preferably for Mardi Gras if you can! Head over to Texas and visit historic sites, take in some rodeo shows, and stop by the Wine and Food Festival. Fans of the Grand Canyon will enjoy the Grand Circle which encompasses Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and New Mexico. Make sure your charter bus stops off at restaurants that make classic Southwestern cuisine too. And if you thought Atlantic City was fun, take that charter bus to Las Vegas.

Finish up your charter bus service trip in California. There is plenty to see and do there. Up north you have the beautiful wineries. Further south, you can stop by Hollywood and L.A. as you head to San Diego. Just make sure the charter bus stops before it hits Tijuana!
